How was Fermium Discovered?
Fermium was discovered unexpectedly along with einsteinium in debris from the first hydrogen bomb test. Fermium was identifed by a chemical analysis with only about 200 atoms.
Fermium does not occur in nature and that is good for fermium is very radioactive and is very harmful.Fermium is used used for scientific research only.
